What this checkpoint does not prove

  • The accepted evidence reports 392 catalog records but does not prove that every record is an owner projection record; ownerProjectionRecords remains null.
  • No exact typed-profile count appears in the terminal receipt artifacts; typedProfiles remains null.
  • This snapshot observes Issue #319 and Control Tower. It does not absorb or replace either authority plane.
