Download the complete offline package.

Cloudflare Pages limits one hosted file to 25 MiB, so the byte-locked ZIP is delivered as three numbered parts. Download all three into one folder, then concatenate them in sequence. The reconstructed ZIP is the deterministic package recorded by Issue #28.
